              The partnership

              Hering Schuppener Consulting, Finsbury and The Glover Park Group have formed a partnership. This connection has created one of the few global platforms that can serve customers worldwide at the highest quality level in all communication issues – with more than 500 consultants in 15 cities.

              The partnership offers high-quality consulting and implementation expertise across all regions and disciplines. Together, all three companies advise their clients on their biggest challenges, such as mergers and acquisitions, leadership changes, challenging crises, or complex corporate and public affairs issues. Over the past decade, the consultants have advised on nearly 1,500 transactions totaling more than $ 2 trillion.

              The companies bundle their strengths and their expertise in global practice groups for the capital market, crisis, corporate communications and reputation as well as corporate and public affairs, thus offering their clients cross-border market access with the best and most individualized advice for each situation – regardless of location. This strategic consulting includes all available communication channels, including an integrated digital offering.

              Since 2018, Image Sept, Fogel & Partners and LLYC have been joined by Finsbury, Glover Park Group (GPG) and Hering Schuppener as associated partners, with the leading independent communications consultancies in France and Scandinavia, as well as the Spanish and Portuguese speaking territories. Image Sept, Fogel & Partners and LLYC reinforce the unique position of global partnership in integrated strategic communication across borders and disciplines.

              Founded in 1988 by Anne Méaux, Image Sept today serves as France’s leading independent communications consultancy with 70 specialists serving over 130 clients. The company has established itself as one of the key players in strategic consulting and institutional relations, and is a fixture in the French communications landscape.

              Fogel & Partners was founded in 2011 by Anders Fogel, who brings many years of experience in corporate communications from London and Stockholm. The company has grown rapidly since its founding, consolidating its position as one of the leading independent communications consultancies in Northern Europe, and is positioned as a consulting firm with a strong strategic focus and a clear specialization in financial communications.

              LLYC is one of the leading independent communications and public affairs consultancies in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. Founded in 1995 by José Antonio Llorente and Olga Cuenca, today the company employs more than 600 strategic communications professionals who are experts in a broad range of services including financial communications, crisis and issues management, media and investor relations, corporate positioning and public affairs.
